6. Submit a reasoned request for the amendment or deletion of their Personal Data to any Controller or Processor if such data is processed unlawfully or is inaccurate.
7. Have their Personal Data protected against unlawful Processing and accidental loss, destruction, or damage, including where such harm results from intentional concealment, failure to provide, or untimely provision of the data, as well as be protected against the provision of inaccurate information or information that harms the honor, dignity, or business reputation of an individual.
8. Submit complaints regarding the Processing of their Personal Data to the Ukrainian Parliament Commissioner for Human Rights or to a court.
9. Use legal remedies in the event of a violation of personal data protection legislation.
10. Specify restrictions on the right to process their Personal Data when providing Consent.
11. Withdraw Consent to the Processing of their Personal Data.
12. Know the mechanism of automated Processing of their Personal Data.
13. Be protected from an automated decision that produces legal consequences for them.
